I did qualify at one time as a Platnuim player and after all that time my measly 67,000.00 was dismissed. I went back and gave them my card and ask to be taken off there mailing list, she then said 'I have to keep the card.' What do I need it for? keep it!! Fred (the manager/supervisor) never turned to acknowledge my issue. We were in line complaining and he still never acknowledged us (that was strike two) I was advised by Fred that my status was dropped because I did not spend enough money there, it was a measely $67,000.00 and that was strike three.
A lady was there with a bus load of people and instead of telling them to wait in line, she called them up out of line behind us and he never inacted his manager skills and advise them they had to wait there turn. The gentleman at the counter was not to nice (Fred Rose) and I find that he is a manager. Well today, I went in to play and was told they dropped me from a Platnium Player to a Gold member, That was strike one, I never took advantage of their Platnium privilages. In looking at your advertisement, I can see why my opinion does not matter.
I gave them one bad review and it made no difference.
